Radiant One – The Best Cinematic Adventure Game We’ve Ever Experienced On Mobile!

Are you scared of the dark? Because today we’ve got a game which has the potential to both magnify your fears, or give you the strength to overcome them…

Have you ever wished you had the ability to control your dreams? Commonly known as a “Lucid Dream” most people have likely experienced the indescribable sensation of “waking up” to the fact that they are dreaming. Radiant One (by Fntastic) plays on this idea of living within a dream in order to create an exciting cinematic horror story you won’t be able to put down.

CAUTION: Stop here for the full spoiler-free experience!!

Radiant One takes place one week after Daniel (the main character in our story) discovers the secret to Lucid Dreaming. In a blurry haze of fantasy and reality, Daniel soon finds himself living within a nightmare where death in one world means death in the other! 💀

With the best cinematic 3D design we have ever seen in a mobile game, engaging dialog, but a lot less actual gameplay than we initially expected, Radiant One is not only a quick game to play through, (you could easily complete it in one sitting), but it doesn’t really feature all that much for you to actually do as a player. Don’t get us wrong here, Radiant One is a great game, it’s just that it is probably closer to a movie or a book with “some” interactive elements rather than an actual game.

That being said, the thrill of having some level of control over the fate of your player is incomparable to the excitement and anticipation you feel when reading a book or watching a movie. Should you open the door or not? You get to decide…

The Conclusion

If you’re in need of a beautifully animated 3D game, Radiant One has by far the best cinematic gaming experience we have ever seen on mobile! If you have a chance, this is a game we highly recommend you check out. 🙂
