By far the cutest rhythm game available on Nintendo Switch

From the creators of my current keyholder, Muse Dash is now available for Nintendo Switch, and it would be an understatement to say we’re a little excited!

For those of you who missed out on reading our original review of Muse Dash for iOS and Android, Muse Dash is basically a rhythm game about punching to the beat. Played using 3 very cute and unique characters, (my personal favorite being Buro) your mission in this game is to tap on the left and right sides of the screen in order to punch enemies that bounce in toward you to the beat of the music.

For anyone who has played 太鼓の達人 (Taiko no Tatsujin) in a Japanese game center, the mechanics are fairly similar with the game only having two inputs, “Punch Up” and “Punch Down”.

Although two inputs are plenty enough on mobile, it is definitely an interesting feeling to have literally all the buttons on a single JoyCon mapped to the same action. 😂

With over 80 songs for you to master, additional free DLC content coming soon and some of the cutest characters we fell in love with last year, Muse Dash is a game we’re super excited to finally have on Nintendo Switch!
