Tornado.io! – Ok, this is just getting silly…😅

Ok, at this point we’ve seen essentially the same game maybe 5 or even 6 times, only redesigned to sort of appeal to a different audience… For anyone who has already read our review of Hole.io, Tornado.io (by Voodoo) is essentially the same game… Fun, but still the same…

Tornado.io is a game about sucking up everything and anything visible on a small-ish low poly 3D map in order to grow bigger and more powerful. The game is played by simply tapping and dragging your finger around the screen in order to control the direction in which your tornado moves.

The bigger you get the more you can pick up, allowing you to not only destroy small trees but tear up roads, demolish cars, flatten houses; you probably get the idea…

With only 2 minutes to grow to your maximum, the key to winning in this game is exactly the same as Hole.io and all the many other games based on essentially the same principle. Find a large collection of things you can destroy and destroy all of them as fast as possible, then move on to the next patch of destroyable objects.

The worst thing you can do in any game based on this core mechanic is to wander around aimlessly looking at all the things that are too big for you to destroy… yet…

With a simplistic design, easy controls, and a lot of Ads you will need to sit through (we’re kind of used to it at this point), Tornado.io is a fun game for iOS and Android we did enjoy playing. It’s just that the core game mechanic is getting a little stale at this point.

If you’ve never played one of these games, you will love Tornado.io 😆

The Conclusion

If you love the idea of destroying large sections of property for the good of your own profit – or should we say “growth” – then this is yet another game from Voodoo you are going to love playing.

At this rate, it won’t be long before Voodoo releases a game called BlackHole.io😂
