Town Jump by StoneFalcon – Review

For people who don’t know, here are a few sensible things to do with a car…

  1. Drive it to work.
  2. Drive it to Uni.
  3. Drive it to your friend’s house.
  4. Drive it anywhere…! As long as it stays safely on the ground!

So why would anyone ever think of using their beloved car to backflip up a tower? Crazy… but pretty cool in Town Jump.

Town Jump is a crazy game -we’ve said it twice – where players are required to jump up a huge growing tower in vehicles that usually do not jump.

The game system is simple, from each side of the screen large pylons slowly slide in toward your car. Your mission as the player is to tap on the screen the moment the pylon is close enough to be jumped to, and just far enough away not to smash your car.

At first the speed at which the pylons enclose from both sides is pretty much fixed, but as you level up – the speed at which the polons move, or don’t move, begins to change, making the game suddenly 50 levels harder! This said, most of the time the first 20 levels or so are relatively easy play.

For players who enjoy simple timing games, Town Jump is a simple game with a ridiculous concept anyone could enjoy.

For anyone who played Stair Free and loved it, Town Jump is a game you’ll want to check out.
