Perfect Fit – The “fastest” version of Tetris ever…!?

Do you remember in maths class, (depending on how old you are) how you were taught about order of operations? If so, you may already be one step ahead of the crowd to mastering this super fast version of the legendary game, Tetris…

Perfect Fit is a game that 99.9% of people who have ever seen a game should recognise at a single glance. Based around the once viral game Tetris, Perfect Fit has put a new spin on the game together with 4 extra grids and a time limit.

Your mission in this speedy version of Tetris is to tap on the 5 interlocking square grids, (i.e. A “+” shape) in order to drop the blocks into the center and create a single square block. Very simple, but difficult at the same time…

You see, unlike “traditional” Tetris where the blocks that rain down from above are generated at random, in this game every level has just enough blocks in the 4 surrounding grids to create a single square block at the center of your screen. So with the perfect number of blocks, this game should be easy… not necessarily…

Each one of the 4 grids when tapped will drop their block/blocks directly into the center, and without anything to “stop” them these blocks will simply continue to fall until they hit the edge of the central grid or another block. This means that before you begin you will have to logically decide which blocks to drop first… without going over your time limit.

Perfect Fit isn’t a hard game. Given enough time, every one of these stages would no doubt be clearable by even the youngest of children, but when put under time pressure, even simple tasks become impossibly difficult…

If you’d like a brain trainer to strengthen how logically you can think under immense time pressure, this is the one.
