Glob Trotters – An Endless Arcade Blobber

Are you in need of a brand new blobber game to occupy that empty spot on your home screen? Didn’t know there was such a category as a blobber game? Neither did we, because we just made it up!

Are you in need of a brand new blobber game to occupy that empty spot on your home screen? Didn’t know there was such a category as a blobber game? Neither did we, because we just made it up!

Glob Trotters, not to be confused with The Harlem Globetrotters, is a game about a hungry little Glob, (A little like the first enemies you slaughter in Dragon Quest), living alone on what could be considered the dream planet!

Spawning colorful jelly cubes and triangles every few seconds(!), your mission in this game is to help your Globby little friend speedily gobble these somewhat dangerous delights without getting hurt… severely…💀

Played using a simple (Touch & Release) based gameplay system to change the color and shape of your player, Glob Trotters is played by speedily switching between your player’s 2 forms in order to safely gobble up delicious jellies without dying.

To be fair, this gameplay system isn’t all that new or original. In fact, we previously reviewed a game based on the exact same core mechanic! Even so, you’ll likely struggle to find a similar game with a quality level quite as high as Glob Trotters.

With visuals that exude Kawai-ness, an abundance of Kawai characters to unlock and a minimal number of ads to disturb your Kawai gameplay, this is a game every Kawai loving otaku gamer needs on their smartphone…

If Kawai visuals are all you care about when it comes to gaming, Glob Trotters is a game you simply can’t miss!

But be warned, the guilt that comes over you when you kill one of these adorable little guys is tremendous….
